Meeting time
Please arrive at Thorvaldsens Museum 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot. This allows you enough time to use the toilet facilities, wardrobe, and buy entrance tickets.

Picking up the Mystery Hunt game
Please pick up the Mystery Hunt game(s) in the ticketing office at Thorvaldsens Museum. Report your arrival at the counter and the staff will show you where you can pick up your game(s). Please inform the staff about your Booking-ID which is stated in your booking confirmation.
Have you booked a Gamemaster to hand out the Mystery Hunt games to you?
Our fantastic Gamemaster will meet you at the entrance to make sure you get the best possible start to your experience.
It will be indicated in your order summary if you have purchased a gamemaster (mandatory for groups of 25 participants or more).

1,5 - 2 hours.
Are you more than 8 participants?
If you have booked for more than 8 participants, you must divide into groups of 4-8 participants. Start two groups every 10 minutes from your booked time slot.
Code of conduct
Thorvaldsen's Museum is a beloved cultural treasure and a world-class museum. Please help us preserve this historic site by following the museum's guidelines during your visit:
- Instructions from the museum staff must be followed at all times.
- All participants must be sober during their visit. We reserve the right to reject participants or the whole group, if they appear to be intoxicated.
- Signs and barriers must be followed and observed. At no time should you touch plinths/pedestals or works of art. Violation of this will result in expulsion from the museum.
- Food and drinks may not be enjoyed in the museum.
- Unfortunately the old Museum has no elevators or ramps.
- Large bags must be placed in the cloakroom in the basement.
- Show consideration for the museum's other visitors.
Thorvaldsens Museum reserves the right to change or cancel your booking in connection with cultural events. In the rare event that this affects your booking with us, we will contact you as soon as possible to find a good solution.
