The following contains important information about your Mystery Hunt experience
Please read it carefully to get the most out of your experience.
How to collect the game (if you have not purchased a Gamemaster):
- Pick up your Mystery Box(es) at CPH Hotel, which is a 5 minute walk from your starting position.
- Show your booking confirmation on your phone or printed on paper at the hotel reception.
- Opening hours: 8:00-20:00 every day. Note! You choose when you want to pick up your Mystery Hunt game within the hotel's opening hours.
- ATTENTION! The staff cannot answer questions about the Mystery Hunt experience. Please direct questions to Mystery Makers.
- The experience starts at Halmtorvet
Meeting time
Please be ready to start your Mystery Hunt at your booked timeslot. In this way you avoid being disturbed by other groups.
Meeting point (Only applicable if you have purchased a Gamemaster)
Our fantastic Gamemaster will meet you at Halmtorvet at the entrance to Slagterhusgade (at restaurant H9, see location - see picture below) to make sure you get the best possible start to your experience.
You shall not pick up your Mystery Hunt game if you have booked a Gamemaster.
It will be indicated in your order summary if you have purchased a gamemaster (mandatory for groups of 25 participants or more).
Duration
1,5 - 2 hours.
Are you more than 8 participants?
If you have booked for more than 8 participants, you must divide into groups of 4-8 participants. Start two groups every 10 minutes from your booked time slot.
Guidelines
- Use the enclosed tote bag for waste.
- Watch out for traffic! Both cars and bicycles drive through Kødbyen.
