So, you are going to experience our Mystery Hunt at the Citadel. How exciting!
The following contains important information about your Mystery Hunt experience
Please read it carefully to get the most out of your experience.
How to collect the game (if you have not purchased a Gamemaster):
- Please pick up your Mystery Hunt game(s) in the museum shop at The Museum of Danish Resistance.
- Opening hours: 10:00-17:00 all days. Please note, the museum is closed on Mondays from September-April.
- You can pick up the game, whenever it suits you within the museum's opening hours. You are welcome to pick up the game a few days before your experience takes place.
- Please show your order confirmation to the museum staff.
- The museum staff cannot answer any questions about the Mystery Hunt experience. Please direct all questions to Mystery Makers.
- It's not possible to use the museum toilets or wardrobe. Please use the toilets marked on the map enclosed in the Mystery Hunt box.
Meeting time
Please be ready to start your Mystery Hunt at your booked time slot. In this way you avoid being disturbed by other groups.
Meeting point (Only applicable if you have purchased a Gamemaster)
Our fantastic Gamemaster will meet you on the lawn just behind The Museum of Danish Resistance (see picture below) to give you the best possible start to your experience. You do not need to pick up your Mystery Hunt game if you have booked a Gamemaster.
It will be stated in your order overview whether you have added a Gamemaster (mandatory for groups of 25 participants or more).
Duration
1,5 - 2 hours.
Are you more than 8 participants?
If you have booked for more than 8 participants, you must divide into groups of 4-8 participants. Start two groups every 10 minutes from your booked time slot.
Code of conduct
Besides being a beloved hotspot for cozy walks, the Citadel is also the home of the Danish Defense Intelligence Service. It is therefore important to follow the code of conduct during your visit:
- Please don't look through the windows and don't fly any drones over the area.
- Please don't walk on the grass or leave any waste behind.
- Please respect the signs and do not trespass.
- Please check the weather forecast and dress accordingly. It is often quite windy at the Citadel.
- There are no wardrobes, so be mindful of how many things you bring.
