The following contains important information about your Mystery Hunt experience
Please read it carefully to get the most out of your experience.
Picking up the Mystery Hunt Game
- You can collect your Mystery Hunt game(s) at the O&O Vienna gift shop, located in the Marriott Hotel.
- Check the shop's opening hours here.
- Pick up your game at your convenience within the shop's opening hours. (We recommend collecting your game no earlier than five days before your planned playdate to ensure you receive the most updated version).
- Show your order confirmation to the shop staff when picking up your game.
- Please note: The shop staff cannot answer questions about the Mystery Hunt experience. For any inquiries, please contact Mystery Makers directly.
Meeting point
The Mystery Hunt starts by the entrance to Stadtpark at Johannesgasse 33.
Meeting time
Please be ready to start your Mystery Hunt at your booked time slot to avoid being disturbed by other groups.
Duration
1,5 - 2 hours.
Are you more than 8 participants?
If you have booked for more than 8 participants, you must divide into groups of 4-8 participants. Start two groups every 10 minutes from your booked time slot.

Stadtpark is beloved green oasis in the middle of Vienna. Please help us preserve this oasis by following the code of conduct during your visit:
- Please be mindful of other guests.
- Please don't leave any waste behind.
- Please respect the signs and do not trespass.
- Please check the weather forecast and dress accordingly.
- There are no wardrobes, so be mindful of how many things you bring.
