The following contains important information about your Mystery Hunt experience
Please read it carefully to get the most out of your experience.
Meeting time
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot. This allows you enough time to use the toilets, wardrobe and pick up your Mystery Hunt Game(s).

Ticket Counter at Harriet Hartmann Court in the Albertina.
Tickets and picking up your Mystery Hunt game
You can go directly to the Ticket Counter if there is a queue (pass by on the right hand side).
Please show your orderconfirmation at the Ticket Counter and inform the staff members, that you are here for the Mystery Hunt. They will give you the Mystery Hunt game(s). Please send only one person to pick it up.
The staff at Albertina cannot answer any questions about the Mystery Hunt experience. Please direct all questions to Mystery Makers.
People under 19 years, annual ticket holders, Freunde der Albertina and ICOM ticket holder have free admission.
Duration
1,5 - 2 hours.
Are you more than 8 participants?
If you have booked for more than 8 participants, you must divide into groups of 4-8 participants. Start two groups every 10 minutes from your booked time slot.
Code of conduct
The Albertina is a beloved cultural treasure and world class museum. Please help us preserve this historical site by following the code of conduct during your visit:
- Please follow the house rules of the museum, and always follow the instructions of the museum staff.
- Inventory, art work and paintings may not be touched.
- Please show consideration of other visitors of the museum and guided tours.
- Inappropriate behavior can lead to a termination of the Mystery Hunt by the museum staff.
- Please do not leave any materials in the museum.
- Backpacks, food and beverages are not allowed in the collections. Please use the wardrobe.
The Albertina reserves the right to cancel the Mystery Hunt in the case of unforeseen events. In this very rare case we will contact you to find a solution.
